Alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, glass, open beverage containers and hard-sided bags/containers are not permitted. Prohibited items that are discovered during bag inspections must either be returned to your vehicle or discarded. The George R. Brown Tennis Center will not provide storage for these or any other items. Guests arriving by public transportation must take particular caution not to bring any prohibited items, as no exceptions will be made.
On all days EXCEPT the first day of qualifying, the gates open at 9am local time. Play begins daily at 10am. On Saturday, November 10 the gates will open at 8am and play begins at 9am local time.

The Houston event will be held at the George R. Brown Tennis Center at Rice University. The address is 2105 Rice Boulevard, Houston.
Both the women’s and men’s draws will consist of 32 singles players, 16 qualifying players and 16 doubles teams. The ATP and WTA Draw Ceremonies will take place on Sunday, September 2 from 2-3 pm at the George R. Brown Tennis Facility at Rice University. Fans are encouraged to attend.
The next day’s schedule is determined each late afternoon/evening. At approximately 7 pm each evening the schedule and match times for the following day will be posted on the Oracle Challenger Series website.
Every attempt will be made to play matches as scheduled. In the event of rain or wind, matches will be rescheduled at the discretion of the tournament referee.

Videos and photographs may not be reproduced, cannot be exploited or displayed in any manner or in any medium whatsoever without the written consent of the ATP World Tour, WTA Tour, the Oracle Challenger Series or Rice University.

The player field will be announced about 2 weeks before the tournament, with additional wild card players announced closer to the event. The qualifying round will be determined who the final players included in the main draw will be.
